This is 1 year progress.  When I first began working out (2 years ago) I only did cardio, ate little food and was constantly bloated and started over training.     Over time I began focusing on strength training and now focus on heavy weights, lots of food & rest and do HIIT training or powerwalks!
Doing endless hours of cardio isnt necessary - especially not if you want to build muscle!! And remember to eat to fuel yourself and your workouts!!!?

We’ve all heard “do you even lift?” but when people ask me "why do you lift?"

Why wouldn’t I?

Yes I’m a girl but probably stronger than most of the boys in my age

Yes I’m only 15 but it doesn’t stop me

No, there’s no stereotype for lifting

Wanna lift?

JUST DO IT

You go, Sofia !

Always reblog

Don’t think of exercise as burning off food you’ve eaten or plan to eat.

It’s not, “I just burned 80 calories, now I can eat that yogurt tonight guilt-free.”

It’s, “I just burned 80 calories, now I’m going to eat that yogurt to give my body the energy it needs to continue burning fat and building muscle.”

Change your mindset.
