This is 1 year progress. When I first began working out (2 years ago) I only did cardio, ate little food and was constantly bloated and started over training.
Over time I began focusing on strength training and now focus on heavy weights, lots of food & rest and do HIIT training or powerwalks!
Doing endless hours of cardio isnt necessary - especially not if you want to build muscle!! And remember to eat to fuel yourself and your workouts!!!?
